On February 1, 2011, a coalition of 51 organizations including Amnesty International USA, The Tanenbaum Center for Interreligious Understanding, the Interfaith Alliance , and varied smaller non-profits have composed a letter to Speaker of the House John Boehner and Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi requesting a stop to Rep. Peter King’s hearings on homegrown terrorism.
